Part 1: Personal Note Kaise Likhen
Short rakho. Personal rakho. Name use karo.
For Elders:

For Family Friends:

For Friends:

Part 2: The Card
Image format best kaam karta hai WhatsApp par — not PDF, not a link.

Broadcast Lists vs Personal Sends
Personal sends (writing a name, sending individually): Best for Tier 1 and Tier 2 guests. Higher response rate, more personal.
Broadcast list (WhatsApp Broadcast, not group): Acceptable for Tier 3 guests. Recipients receive the message as if it's personal, but you send once.
Group forward: Only for very outer-circle — colleagues, acquaintances. Be honest: it reads as a forward.
Never do: Create a WhatsApp group with all your wedding guests. Every reply becomes a public notification for 300 people.
